摘    要: 针对结构耐久性分析对模拟试件断口(a,t)数据判读的迫切需求,利用计算机图象处理技术建立了一套用于疲劳断口数据采集、判读的CCD图象处理系统,编制了相应的数据处理应用软件。该系统可实现疲劳断口条纹尺寸测定、区域面积积分、裂纹角度测量等功能。且具有自动化程度高、操作简单、使用方便、准确度高、图象数据可存储、打印输出与重复使用等明显优点。并已成功地应用于某型飞机关键结构的耐久性评定。

Abstract:In order to satisfy the urgent need of reading the fatigue section data  (a,t) of the test specimen for structure durability analysis, a set of CCD image processing system used to read and collect data of fatigue section is set up by utilizing computer image processing technology, and an application software of data processing is presented. By using this system, a series of functions for measuring the size of the fatigue section, integrating the area of region and determining the angle of the crack can be completed. This system has many remarkable advantages,such as high automation, simple operation, easy usage, high precision, and the image obtained can be saved, printed, or reused. It has been successfully used for evaluating the durability of the important structure for the plane of a certain type.
