| 摘 要： | 文章采用问卷调查法、文献资料法，针对廊坊“环首都经济圈”6县市区居民的体育生活方式进行了调查研究，为了改善市民不合理的生活方式，培育居民健康的体育生活方式，为促进“环首都经济圈”廊坊市居民的健身计划实施提供有利的保障。

| Abstract: | Based on questionnaires and literature this survey investigated the sports lifestyles of the local residents in Langfang and the other six counties in order to improve their improper lifestyles,cultivate their healthy sports lifestyle,and provide guarantee to the implementation of the fitness program. |
