| 摘 要： | 计算机虚拟现实技术是近年来出现的新型技术，已被广泛的应用到各个领域，并起到了重要作用。分析虚拟现实技术特点，发挥其技术优势，使其与高校体育训练相结合，以提高大学生运动员的技术水平以及训练质量，为我国竞技体育后备人才储备做出贡献。

| Abstract: | The emergence of computer VR is a new technology in recent years.It is widely used in various fields,and plays an important role in many fields.This article analyzed the characteristics and strengths of VR technology.It suggested that the combination of VR technology and college physical training could improve students’ skill level and training quality in order to preserve competitive sports talents. |
