摘    要:
分析了光学三角法测量原理,提出了基于线阵CCD的测量方法,采用CPLD对线阵CCD进行驱动时序设计,简化了电路结构,对实际制作的光三角传感器进行了标定,得出了传感器的线性误差。

Abstract:
This paper analyzed the principles of laser-scanned optical triangulation measurement and presented the measurement methods based on linear CCD.CPLD was used to design driving timing and predigest the electro-circuit configuration.Finally the demarcation of the sensor was done based on the optical triangulation measurement principle.And the linear error of the sensor was gained.
