刀具材料对CFRP齿槽加工质量的影响

摘    要:采用硬质合金(YG6X)和PCD刀具分别对CFRP进行齿槽加工试验,探究刀具材料对齿槽加工质量的影响。结果表明:随着每齿进给量f_z的增大,撕裂因子F_(sl)呈明显的增大趋势;采用PCD铣刀铣制齿槽,其加工质量较为稳定,加工质量较理想。

Abstract:A carbide slotting cutter and a PCD slotting cutter were used for the slotting of the carbon-cloth CFRP, respectively. Then, the effect of the tool material on the machining quality was studied.The delamination of the slot was increased as the feed per tooth increased.It showed that utilizing the PCD slotting cutter one would achieve a stable machining quality of the slots. And an ideal machining quality of the slots will be achieved.
