二级燃料箱后底顶盖成形工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了某型号运载火箭二级燃料箱后底顶盖成形方法改进及工艺试验过程,在分析了原顶盖不足之处后,提出了采用过弯法抵消弯曲回弹,采用翻边法提高焊接质量的成形方法,给出了经大量工艺试验后确定的工艺参数,并分析、介绍了模具设计过程,该方法已成功应用于某型号运载火箭二级燃料箱后底。

Abstract:The paper introduces the shaping method improvement and technological trial course of bottom cap of certain model of carrier rocket's fuel tank. After the primary cap's deficiencies are analysed, the make up method to offset winding spring is put forward. And the flanging method is used to improve the welding quality. According to its characteristics, the author analyses and introduces the course of die design. With a large number of technology trials, reasonable technology parameters are determined. The bottom cap is applied successfully to second stage fuel tank of certain model of carrier rocket.
