摘    要:NF-6风洞是我国第一座增压连续式跨声速风洞,轴流压缩机是影响风洞安全运行和流场性能的重要因素之一。对国内首座增压连续式跨声速风洞压缩机喘振边界的确定进行试验研究。简要论述了喘振发生的机理及其危害以及确定喘振边界的重要性,讨论了压缩机逼喘过程及其原理以及风洞增压对喘振点(喘振边界)的影响;给出了控制风洞运行的压缩机喘振边界线、喘振预警线、安全保护线、防喘调节线及防喘振措施,为该座增压连续式风洞稳定运行奠定了基础,提供了安全保障。

Determination of the axial-flow compressor surge boundary in NF-6 pressurized continuously-operating high-speed wind tunnel

Abstract:NF-6 wind tunnel is the first pressurized continuous transonic wind tunnel in China.The performances of NF-6 wind tunnel depend on axial compressor to large extent.This paper performs an experimental study on the surge of an axial-flow compressor in the NF-6 pressurized continuously-operating high-speed wind tunnel.The paper presents a brief introduction to the surge mechanism and describes the danger and harm of surge and emphasizes the importance of determining surge line.The method of calculating compressor inlet volume flow rate is analyzed,the general process of forcing a compressor to surge to determine a surge point is presented,and the influence of wind tunnel total pressure on the surge line is discussed.Further,three lines,i.e.,the surge line,the surge-alarm line(surge-prevent adjusting line)and safety-guaranteed(emergency shutdown)line,are set up as three lines of defence to prevent surge from happening thus ensuring a safe and stable operation of the compressor and the wind tunnel.
