丁腈橡胶绝热层用粘接剂的研制

摘    要:本文介绍了研制的一种用于丁腈橡胶绝热层的粘接剂—ZJ-3101粘接剂。它主要是由丁腈橡胶、酚醛树脂和配合剂或助剂所构成的。其中的MFA,能较大地提高粘接强度,着色剂则利于工人观察胶的涂布情况。ZJ-3101胶初粘性能好,产品性能稳定可靠,试验结果表明:ZJ-3101粘接剂对于固体火箭发动机钢壳体(30CrMnSiA钢、D6AE钢、钛合金)、以及铝镁合金或玻璃钢材质与丁腈橡胶绝热层的粘接均有良好的效果。

Abstract:A new type of adhesive ZJ-3101 used for bonding NBR insulant has been developed. It is mainly composed or NBR, resorcinol resin and additives. And additive MFA can increase the bonding strength greatly.The colouring agent makes it possible to inspect the shellingout quality of the adhesive. Adhesive ZJ-3101 is of great originalbonding power, and its performance is reliable and stable. It has passed the engine test.The performance test indicates that adhesive ZJ-3101 has great power to bind NBR insulant to solid-propellant rocket engine component made of 30CrMnSiA steel, D6AE steel, titanium alloy, alluminum-magnesium alloy and glass fibre reinforced plastic.
