摘    要:球柔性旋翼系统在我国自主设计的直升机上获得了广泛的应用,弹性轴承在其中承担着重要角色,它提供了旋翼旋转过程中桨叶的挥舞、摆振和扭转运动,传递了旋转产生的离心力、挥舞方向的升力和摆振方向扭矩产生的切向力。文章讨论了不同设计阶段弹性轴承载荷谱的获得,基于飞行载荷测量的弹性轴承载荷谱修正,不同载荷谱对弹性轴承损伤影响的等效分析方法和弹性轴承寿命评估。

Spherical Thrust Bearings Load Spectra Adjust Based on Flight Test and Service Life Evaluation

Abstract:Ball -flex type rotor system was applied widely on our design helicopter. Spherical thrust beating played an important role in it. This component provided the pitch, flapping and lead -lag motion while rotor rotating, translates the loads associated with those motions as centrifugal, lift and lead responding d force. This article presented obtain spherical bearing spectra when difference cor- phase. The spectra was adjusted based on flight test. A equivalent condition theo- ry of load spectra based on the elastomer endurance behavior law for test result and adjusted spectra, the spherical bearing service lift was damage was discussed. With evaluated.
