摘    要:文章论述了零件毛利发生的机理、毛刺的形态及因毛刺的存在而引起的产品不稳定状态。同时,介绍了机械、电解、化学、磁力等去毛刺的原理与方法,提出了去毛刺加工、检测应纳入科学化、规范化管理的设想。

Abstract:The paper sums up the generation mechanism and shape of burr and its blights on the stability of product. Methods to wiping-off burr are introduced too, which include mechanical method, electrolytic method, chemical method, magnetic method and so on. Some suggestions are brought out , for a example, the processing and of debarring and testing should be placed into the scientist and normalize management.
