消防监督检查实践教学模式的探究

开展消防监督检查实践教学应立足消防院校实际情况，面向部队工作需要，采取校内白检、校外体验、实习实训三种实践教学模式，形成具有消防院校特色实践教学体系。通过建设教学实践基地、改革实习方式、改善实践教学环境、建设“双师型”教师队伍等措施，不断提高消防监督检查实践教学的实效性，切实提高学员实际动手能力和独立开展消防监督检查的工作能力，努力为部队培养合格消防人才。

Exploration of Practice Teaching Mode for Fire Supervision and Inspection

It should be based on the actual situation in fire colleges and universities to carry out thepractical teaching of fire supervision and inspection. It shall target at troops need, adopt three practicalteaching modes like self - examination, extramural experience and internship, and then form a teachingsystem of college of fire characteristic practice. Through the construction of teaching practice base, re-forming practice methods, improving the teaching environment, constructing ＂ double type teachers＂and other measures, we can continuously improve the practice teaching effectiveness of fire supervisionand inspection, improve the students＂ practical ability and work ability to independently carry out firesupervision and inspection, with great efforts to train qualified fire personnel for troops.
