| 摘 要： | 在高职院校，普遍存在着辅导员学习研究意识淡漠，缺乏学科背景支持、学习氛围不浓等问题，针对这些问题，高职院校须构建一支学习型辅导员队伍，可采取的具体策略包括：建设学习型学生工作领导队伍、培养问题研究意识、加强团队学习和培训指导等策略。

| Abstract: | In higher vocational colleges, there is a lack of discipline background support and studyconsciousness, and learning atmosphere is not strong and so on; therefore, we should build a team oflearning -type counselors by adopting concrete strategies, like constructing learning - type student lead-ership team, cultivating an awareness of research on the problem, and strengthening the team study andtraining strategies. |
