摘    要:通过对小型餐饮企业“家猫的厨房”的个案研究,基于SWOT分析,即对企业进行优势分析、劣势分析、机会分析、威胁分析,提出了一种新兴的小型餐饮企业的微博营销策略:加强微博的情感营销;通过微博互动分析消费者的需求,并定位目标客户群;时刻保持微博的热度;以及实行微博与微信的联合营销等。

Abstract:Through a case study of " Homely -Cat Kitchen", a small local catering businesses inJieyang, the paper, based on SWOT analysis, namely, analysis of strengths, weakness, opportunityand threats, proposes a microblogging marketing used by an emerging small catering industry by increas-ing microblogging emotional marketing, locating target consumers, keeping focus on microblogging, andrealizing the integrated marketing between microhlogging and Wechat.
