摘    要:针对工业现场中纯粹的基于PLC对机械手的控制系统的一些不足,如对现场设备运行情况的实时监控,人机交互、数据处理等方面的不足,提出通过MCGS组态软件对机械手的控制,实现对机械手运行情况进行有效、实时、便捷的监控,提高了劳动生产效率及自动化水平,在工业生产中有广泛的借鉴意义。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces many problems of the industrial field control system of PLCon the manipulator, such as the deficiency of real - time monitoring of on - site equipment operatingconditions, human -computer interaction, data processing, etc. By using the MCGS configuration soft-ware for the control of the manipulator, an effective, real - time and convenient monitoring on the ma-nipulator operation is realized to improve labor productivity and automation level, so it has a wide rangeof reference in industrial production.
