快速凝固Al—Cr—RE合金的显微组织与性能

摘    要:利用真空单辊急冷装置,在相同的工艺参数条件下,制备了成分为Al-(4-10wt%)Cr-4wt%RE(RE为富La混合稀土)的四种合金傅带。利用X光衍射、透射电子显微镜、电子探针及能谱分析等手段研究了快速凝固合金的显微组织及相组成;用显微硬度计及电子拉伸机分别测定了合金的显微硬度和拉伸强度。试验表明,AI-(4-6wt%)Cr-4wt%RE合金是很有前途的高温铝合金。

Abstract:Four kinds of alloy ribbons Al-(4~ 10wt % )Cr-4wt %RE(RE denotes La-richmisch metal) were madeon rapid cooling apparatus with monoroller under the similar experimental conditions. The phases present-ed and microstructure of the rapidly solidified alloy were studied. By X-ray diffraction, TEM, electronicprobe and energy spectrum analysis The microhardness of the alloy was measured with microhard-nessmeter. The strength limit of the ribbons were also measured with electronic tensometer. The experi-ment showed that Al-(4~ 6wt % )Cr-4wt %RE alloy appear to be prospects in the future.
