低合金钢管的焊接工艺及缺陷预防

摘    要:采用氩弧焊打底,焊条电弧焊填充盖面焊接Cr5Mn低合金钢管,钢管壁厚为12mm,焊接位置为水平固定全位置焊接,在焊接之前,调整好焊接工艺参数,焊接完毕以后,对焊缝外观检验和X射线无损检测,发现焊缝的表面出现少量微裂纹,内部有少量气孔。为了保证焊缝的质量,对缺陷产生的原因进行分析并且采取正确的焊接工艺方法避免焊接缺陷。

Abstract:The method is designed by first using the argon arc welding as the backing,then welding Cr5 Mn low alloy tool steel on arc welding filling capping. The thickness of steel pipe wall is 12 mm,and the welding position is horizontal fixed position welding. Before welding,the welding parameters are adjusted,and after the completion of welding,a nondestructive testing of welding visual inspection and a X ray are made. A few micro weld cracks on the surface and some pores are found inside. In order to ensure the quality of welding,the reasons of the defects are analyzed and proper welding methods are adopted to avoid welding defects.
