摘    要:针对传统Miner法则无法考虑载荷加载顺序的缺陷,应用模糊理论分析了不同载荷顺序下疲劳极限附近的应力对构件造成疲劳损伤的模糊性,使修正后的模糊Miner理论能够较好地反映出载荷加载顺序对疲劳寿命的影响。算例分析结果表明,该方法可使疲劳寿命的预测误差由原来的61.6%减小到21.7%。

Abstract:Since the traditional Miner rule ignores the influence of the load sequence on the fatigue life,the fuzzy rules are used to analyze the fuzziness of the fatigue damage caused by the stress nearby the fatigue limit under different load sequences.The improved fuzzy Miner rule can reflect the influence of the load sequence on the fatigue life.Results of the example show that the prediction error can be reduced from 61.6% to 21.7%.
