摘    要:针对目前预警机作战效能评估方法中的几点不足,提出用TOPSIS方法来评估海上预警机防空作战效能。根据预警机系统作战效能的多层次性,采用层次分析(AHP)法建立了海上预警机防空作战效能三层评估模型,并通过应用示例对3种海上预警机的防空作战效能进行分析,得到了理想评判效果。

Abstract:Adding winglets to wings of aircraft can reduce the induced drag, improve lift/drag ratio, and also dissipate the strong wake vortex in aerodynamic etc. however, the structural characteristics of the wing is also been changed, especially the flutter behavior. This paper builds the dynamic finite- elements model and unsteady aerodynamic mesh for basic wing and some other wings with winglets using MSC Patran and MSC Flds. The natural modes are calculated using Nastran with SOL103 ,and the flutter characteristics are also been analyzed using SOL 145. By comparison,the influence of adding winglets on the wings to the vibration and flutter characteristics are well evaluated, these results provide solid foundation for better design winglets.
