借鉴CDIO模式教育理念 改革空中交通运输专业考核方式

借鉴CDIO模式教育理念,对空中交通管制专业人才提出职业素质要求。为落实能力本位培养模式,由改革传统的考试方式入手,探讨了"过程管理"、"综合考核"的具体做法。即充分利用现代教育技术资源,在理论课程内容的处理上,增设"能力点",形成过程考核点;在科学实验(模拟机仿真实验)中开展情景教学,随时记录学生的过程考核成绩;实践教学环节,深入一线企业,加强那些在实验教学中难以得到的训练,考评吸收一线管制员参加,共同给出科学、合理的综合成绩。

Thinking on Reforming Examination Mode of Air Traffic Management Major with the Concept of CDIO Engineering Education Model for Reference

The vocation quality criterion of air traffic controller is established by using the con- cept of CDIO engineering education model for reference. In order to carry out the capability standard cultivating mode, the process management and comprehensive examination are explored to start with reforming traditional examination mode. Through fully utilizing the modem educational technique re- sources, the test on ability is added to form process examination points in treatment of academic course content. The situational teaching is carried through scientific experiments （real-time simula- tion）, in which the students＇ achievements are marked at any moment. The content which could not be trained in real-time simulation is practiced in air traffic unit. Examination is conducted jointly by in- structors and air traffic controllers to achieve a reasonable and objective evaluation.
