摘    要:
介绍了针对采用高模量碳纤维缠绕时损伤严重而研制的一项新技术。通过无辊浸胶系统和纤维浸胶后烘道加热装置 ,不但降低预浸纱制备和退纱缠绕所造成较大的纤维损伤 ,而且可以实现预浸纱含胶量精确控制及连续浸胶和缠绕 ,同时大大提高了缠绕效率。

Abstract:
One step preimpregnated and wound technology is developed for reducing processing damage of high modulus carbon fibers with the resin impregnator without roller and drying tunnels heating up for impregnated fiber tow,the damage in prepreg processing and winding with prepregged strands,is not only greatly decreased,but also the accurate control of resin content and continuously impregnating and winding can be realized, which may result in a high winding efficiency.
