电磁高速离合器的改造

摘    要:
针对国内电磁高速离合器产品缺少的状况,从高速离合器结构特性及电流参数要求进行原因分析,指出了电磁高速离合器设计制造的三大难题,并结合一改造实例,介绍了如何逐一解决这些难题,将一普通电磁离合器改造成电磁高速离合器。

Abstract:
According to the situation of lacking products in domestic high-speed electromagnetic clutch,three major problems of high-speed design and manufacture are pointed out and discussed by analyzing the structural characteristics and the current parameters of high-speed clutch.Then based on a modified instance the solutions of the problems are presented in detail,which transfers a general electromagnetic clutch into a high-speed electromagnetic clutch.
