电涡流磁推挽激振器(JCD-1型)的研制

摘    要:“JCD-1型”电涡流磁推挽激振器是根据电磁涡流技术研制的一种非接触式激振设备。它测试精度高、噪音低、结构简单。为航空、航天、船舶、汽车等工程中无限宽板或周边固持板类构件的测振试验提出了一种新的激振方法。 文中介绍了对导电(磁性或非磁性)试件激振的工作原理和性能特点,叙述了该激振器的结构设计和磁路分析。用该设备对圆板和方板进行的实际激振证明,效果良好。

Abstract:The eddy current magnetic push-pull exciter, type JCD-1 is a non-contact exciting device based on electromagnetic eddy-current technique. It has the advantages of high measurement precision, low noise, simple structure and easy operation. A new exciting technique is developed for the vibration test of plates with infinite size or fixed boundaries in the fields of aerospace, shipping and automobile. The principles, performance and characteristics of the exciting conductive plate, made of magnetic or non-magnetic materials, are illustrated in this paper. Analysis of the magnetic circuit and design of the structure are described. Finally vibration tests of circular and square plates are carried out on this equipment. The results are satisfactory.
