摘    要:介绍了QC185燃气轮机低压压气机设计方案的特点。通过利用三维修正二维的多级轴流式叶轮机械的“预测性设计”的工程计算方法,实现了QC185燃气轮机3级低压压气机的气动改装设计;计算与试验结果的对比表明,改装设计的3级低压压气机各项性能达到或超过了设计指标。

Low Pressure Compressor Design for QC185 Gas Turbine

Abstract:The design feature of QC185 gas turbine low pressure compressor was introduced.The aerodynamic redesign of three stage low pressure compressor for QC185 gas turbine was completed by a new predictive engineering calculation method.The method was based on 2D design and corrected with 3D calculation.The comparison of the experimental data and calculation demonstrated that the redesigned LPC reached or exceeded the expected performance.
