摘    要:针对传统方法在液体晃动等效力学模型建模中通用性差的缺点,提出了一种对弹性体有限元进行模态分析实现解算液体晃动特征问题的方法。推导了液体晃动力和力矩与有限元模态分析结果间的关系,建立了液体在横向激励作用下晃动的等效力学模型。以椭球底柱形贮箱为例,给出了不同充液深度时液体晃动频率、晃动质量和晃动质心位置的变化。结果表明:计算值与实验数据吻合较好,验证了方法的有效性与正确性。

Abstract:To compensate universality shortage in traditional approaches of modeling equivalent mechanic models of liquid sloshing,a new approach was proposed of solving the dynamic characteristics of liquid sloshing problems by finite element mode analysis of elastic structure in this paper.The relationship between forces and moments of liquid sloshing and the results of finite element mode analysis was deduced.The equivalent mechanical sloshing model with transverse stimulation was established.The sloshing frequency,sloshing mass and variation of sloshing centroid location under the various liquid-filled depth for an example of cylinder tank with the ellipsoid bottom was calculated.The results showed that the computation was concord well with the experiment data.The approach proposed was effective and valid.
