摘    要:空间飞行器展开与驱动机构是空间飞行器机构领域的一个重要组成部分。随着我国航天技术的发展,该项技术有了长足进步,对其设计方法和具体工程问题的研究也日渐深入。本文概述了空间飞行器机构的分类与构成,对展开与驱动机构的国内外研究概况进行了分析。结合工程应用,提出了在系统任务分析与设计中的力矩(力)裕度、精度分配、机构非线性、阻尼控制、热匹配、空间润滑、可靠性分析与试验七个典型工程问题。对这些问题逐一分析了其性质、作用及其对系统的影响,探讨了其研究内容和研究方向。展望了我国空间飞行器展开与驱动机构的发展前景。

Abstract:The spacecraft deployment and driving mechanism is an important part of the spacecraft mechanism. There is large advancement of the technology, going with the development of Chinese spacecraft technology. The researching of design method and engineering problem is expanding. The sort and composing of spacecraft mechanism, and the general situation of the deployment and driving mechanism, are summarized in this paper. Linking with engineering application, the paper brings forward seven typical engineering problems, during the mission analyzing and designing phase of spacecraft mechanism system, such as torque margin, distributing of precision, nonlinear dynamic of mechanism, damp controlling, matching heat distortion and stress, space lubrication, reliability analyzing and testing. The character, action and influence on the aerospace system of all the problems are analyzed respectively. The paper discusses the researching contents and direction of these problems mentioned. In the end, the development direction of the Chinese spacecraft deployment and driving mechanism has been expected.
