新组合压缩方式压气机的可行性探索

摘    要:结合容积式压缩和叶片式压缩的特点,提出一种流体压缩新概念,并以此为研究背景,开展理论分析、数值模拟和实验验证方面的工作.研究结果表明:叶片式串联容积式的组合压缩方式可以兼顾叶片式和容积式的优点,一方面具有和容积式一样可靠的稳定性,而尺寸体积远小于同流量的容积式压缩机;另一方面,在同流量条件下比叶片式压气机压比更高,稳定性更好.

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to present a new concept of fluid compression,by combining characteristics of displacement compressor and impeller compressor.And as background,this paper carried out theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and experimental verification work.The results show that this new type compression has both advantages of displacement compressor and impeller compressor.And its stability is similar to the displacement compressor,but it has smaller volume than displacement compressor at...
