摘    要:以某燃气涡轮第五级盘-片结构为对象,考虑复杂载荷,利用ANSYS参数化设计语言编制分析程序对结构进行了瞬态热弹塑性有限元分析,分别计算了结构在紧急工况和典型工况下的应力应变.将盘-片的配合间隙设为参数,分析了不同配合间隙时结构的应力应变变化情况,并得到了应力应变发生突变的间隙值,分析了接触传热系数对应力应变的影响.对涡...

Abstract:Taking the given fifth disc-blade structures of the gas turbine as an investigation object in consideration of the complex loads, the transient thermo-elastic-plastic finite element analysis of the contact disc-blade structures was completed using ANSYS program designed with ANSYS parameter design language(APDL). The stress and strain of turbine disc-blade structures were calculated respectively under the urgent loads and the typical loads. The disc-blade gap was regarded as a parameter, and the changes of stress and strain of the structures with different contact gaps were analyzed. Meanwhile, the exact value of the contact gap when the stress and strain changed suddenly was obtained. Moreover, the influence of the contact heat transfer coefficient on the stress and strain was discussed. Finally, some constructive suggestions were given for the processing of designing, machining, the improvement of material properties of the disc-blade structures and the operation and management of the gas turbine.
