摘    要:为了得到涡轮机匣内部壁面的换热规律,用瞬态液晶测量方法对某型涡轮机匣上表面的换热分布进行了全表面测量.机匣具有包括冲击、凹槽、阵列孔抽吸等的复杂结构,实验结果表明,射流冲击是造成上表面传热系数增强的主要因素,在冲击影响区域换热较强,其余区域换热较弱.实验结果对涡轮机匣内部流动换热计算、温度场计算、叶尖间隙控制具有重要的...

Abstract:The heat transfer coefficient distribution of the turbine casing inner surfaces was studied experimentally by utilizing transient thermochromic liquid crystal technique.The casing investigated is composed of complex structure including impingement hole and dimples.Experiment results show that the jet impingement is a main contributing factor to heat transfer enlargement.The heat transfer coefficient near the exit hole and the impingement region is higher than others.The experiment results are helpful to the...
