双级配的氧化剂粒度对推进剂中铝燃烧的影响

摘    要:本文通过实验研究,从凝聚程度的大小和燃烧完全性两方面,证实了氧化剂AP粒度是影响推进剂中铝燃烧的重要因素,实验结果支持了Cohen,N.S.提出的“口袋模型”。本文对双级配的AP粒度的影响进行了较为详细的讨论,提出在实际配方中较为合适的氧化剂级配比例范围。

Abstract:A Series of researches on degree of aluminum agglomeration and combustion in propel-lants have been completed experimentally. The results show that AP particle size distribution is an important factor effective on aluminum combustion in propellants. It is found that the smaller AP particles are, the less the possibility of aluminum agglomeration is. This conclusionsupports the "Pocket Model", submitted by N. S. Cohen and is consistent with the results calculated with empirical formulas. The effect of bimodal AP particle size distributionis elaborated in this paper. It is suggested that the most suitable content of fine AP particle in the composition of propellants be about 40%. The result is helpful to the compositiondesign of new propellants.
