共轴式双旋翼直升机锥体测量技术研究

摘    要:根据目前国内共轴式双旋翼直升机的维护需求,简要介绍了该类直升机旋翼锥体的测量方法.针对现有测量方法存在的缺点和不足,提出了一种采用新型的采用光学传感器测量该类直升机旋翼锥体的技术和方法,通过外场的实际应用,收到了良好效果,验证了其有效性.

Research on the Coaxial Rotor Helicopter’s Rotor Cone Measuring Technology

Abstract:According to the maintenance requirement of the coaxial rotor helicopter, the methods of measuring the rotor cone of helicopter were introduced briefly. Aiming at these traditional methods’ deficiencies, the author presented a method using a new optic-sensor to measure the rotor cone of the coaxial rotor helicopter, and analyzed its principle in detail. The method was proved to be effective and satisfactory by the examples of applications in the field.
