摘    要:运用断口疲劳条带反推寿命的理论基础,采用断口定量分析方法,在断口上测量裂纹长度和裂纹扩展速率,建立二者之间的关系图.利用梯形法计算出裂纹的扩展寿命和萌生寿命,推断出A断口先于B断口萌生,证明了断口分析结论的正确性.此结论表明,断口定量分析方法可应用于疲劳试验首断件的判定.

Abstract:Basic theory of evaluating fatigue lives by fatigue striations had been clarified.With the quantitative analysis,the crack length and the crack propagation rate were measured and their relationship was established.The propagation lives and sprout lives could been obtained using the trapezium method,then concluded that a fracture formed before B fracture,it affirmed the conclusion of fractography analysis.The conclusion proved that the quantitative analysis method could make certain the first rupture.
