摘    要:异种金属接触因电位差而产生腐蚀问题。接触腐蚀导致结构的强度损失和腐蚀增重。复合材料飞机垂尾、襟翼、副翼与铝合金或钢机身或机翼连接常用钛合金螺栓。因而,要研究减少和避免钛合金紧固件接触腐蚀的电化学机制。 1.实验结果 实验采用的电解液为自然状态的5%NaCl溶液,电解池中参比电极是饱

Abstract:Electrochemical parameters of some anodized titanium alloys, carbon/epoxy resin composite, 30CrMnSiA steel and anodized aluminum alloys were measured, and contact corrosion behaviours of anodized titanium alloys with these contact materials were studied. Experimental results show that these anodized titanium alloys hare excellent contact corrosioa resistance ,and carbon/epoxy resin composite, 30CrMnSiA steel electroplated with hard chromium, and anodized LY12 aluminum alloy ran be used as contact materials for anodized titanium alloys.
