摘    要:高速运动补偿是恢复距离像分辨率和提高ISAR像清晰度的关键,本文提出了一种新的高速运动补偿算法,通过初像加窗构建了独立特显点回波,避免了多散射点回波相互叠加造成调频特性被淹没的现象,采用chirplet小波分解得到了调频率的估计值,实现了径向速度的正确估计及回波的高速运动补偿,仿真实验表明了本文算法的有效性.

Abstract:The high velocity motion compensation is the key technique for restoring the profile resolution and improving the clarity of ISAR image. The paper proposed a new compensation method based on chirplet transform. The dominant scattering center echo is reconstructed based on windowed rough ISAR image. And the effect of multi-scattering centers on chirp rate is avoided. By chirplet decomposition,the chirp rate is obtained,the velocity is estimated and the phase error is compensated.
