卫星电子设备振动试验用超高基频夹具设计

摘    要:卫星电子设备振动试验用夹具作为固定试件和传递激励信号的重要部件,应具备高刚度和高基频的特性。文章提出卫星电子设备振动试验夹具的设计指标,包括对基频和横向振动响应的要求。通过结构优化,设计了一种轻质平板型夹具。振动试验验证结果表明,该夹具基频在2000 Hz以上,横向振动响应小于10%,达到了卫星电子设备振动试验夹具的设计要求。

Abstract:To fix the test piece and transmit the excitation signals, the fixture used in the vibration test for satellite electronic devices should have a high stiffness and a high fundamental frequency. A series of indexes are proposed for the design in this paper, including the fundamental frequency and the transverse vibration response. By structural optimization, a light plate vibration fixture for the vibration test of satellite electronic devices is designed. The results of the test show that the fundamental frequency is above 2000 Hz and the transverse vibration response is less than 10%. Thus this vibration fixture can meet the requirements of the vibration test.
