| Abstract: | The self-developed micro-gas needle sensors and measuring devices are introduced.The new measurement method is based on the principle of pneumatic measurement.Using error separation and correction techniques,the high accuracy,on-line and dynamic measurements for the sphere diameter and sphericity-errors of spherical components with high-precision surface are made. |
