摘    要: 30mm×30mm五分力磁悬挂天平由电磁铁组、电磁感应式位置传感器、磁悬挂控制器、气动力测量系统等部分构成。在80m/s低速风洞中进行了吹风试验的主要结果,包括电磁铁设计理论与结构形状、传感器工作原理与数学模型、控制补偿律和工程实现中的一些技术问题。

Abstract:The 30mm x 30mm five-component magnetic suspension and balance system (MSBS) is composed of a set of magnets, an electromagnetic position sensor, a controller of magnetic suspension, and a measurer of aero-dynamic forces, which has been tested in a low speed wind tunnel. In this paper, the main results of its magnetic suspension part are described, including design theory and configuration of the magnets, work principle and mathematical model of the sensor, laws of control, and problems in engineering.
