| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了收费模式在国外机场航空噪声治理中的应用,然后从经济学的视角分析了基于收费模式的机场航空噪声治理的理论依据以及最优航空噪声水平的确定,并分析了收费模式的优缺点,最后总结了我国机场航空噪声治理的现状,并展望了发展趋势。

| Abstract: | The thesis firstly introduces the application of Toll Mode on airport aviation noise governance in foreign countries. Secondly,with economic principles it analyses theoretical foundation for airport aviation noise governance based on toll mode,and the merits and demerits of toll mode are discussed. Lastly the author summarizes the situation and trends of airport aviation noise governance in our country. |
