摘    要:引信作为武器系统的核心控制部分,其可靠性决定了整个武器系统的最终毁伤效果。现有引信可靠性研究多集中于对某型引信或引信某个机构的可靠性分析。基于故障树分析法,以引信系统分析为基础:首先,根据引信结构及工作原理,分析常见的故障模式;然后,根据故障模式建立故障模型并以某型触发引信为例,进行定量和定性分析,得出影响该型触发引信未可靠作用的关键因素及发生概率,可为引信可靠性分析提供技术支撑。

Abstract:As the core control part of weapon system, the reliability of fuze determines the final damage effect of the wholeweapon system. The research on fuze reliability mostly focuses on a certain type of fuze or a certain fuze mechanism. Basedon the fault tree analysis method and on the basis of fuze system analysis, common fault modes are analyzed according tothe fuze structure and working principle, and then the fault model is established according to fault modes. Taking a certaintype of trigger fuze as an example, the quantitative and qualitative analysis is carried out, the key factors and occurrenceprobability that affect the unreliable function of this type of trigger fuze are obtained, which can provide technical supportfor the fuze reliability analysis method.
