摘 要: | TA15钛合金支臂是某机承力构件,采用近等温锻造工艺,将近等温锻造成形技术应用于TA15钛合金支臂难变形合金外形复杂锻件生产,通过控制模具温度在坯料加热温度以下某一范围内,避免锻造过程中温升并使坯料处在较高塑性区,有效降低材料流动抗力,提高锻件组织均匀性、一致性,生产出组织性能合格锻件.

Abstract: | Titanium alloy TA15 corbel piece is the structural member of a certain type aircraft, which could be formed by applying near-isothermal forging technology.Near-isothermal forging forming technology is applied to produce TA15 titanium alloy figuration complex forgings,by controlling the die temperature below the billet's heating temperature in a certain range,temperature rise in forging process is avoided and billet is in rather high plastic zone that could reduce material flow resistance effectively and imp... |
