摘    要:具有金属内衬的复合材料容器的承载能力很大程度上取决于金属内衬的弹性变形范围和稳定性。基于三维弹性理论。并结合第四强度理论。研究了在施加外压力时保证金属内衬不失稳的条件下,具有金属内衬的纤维缠绕容器的应力分布情况和承载能力的改善情况。结果表明,给金属内衬施加预外压力,可以提高容器的极限承载能力,更好地发挥纤维层的承载能力。

Abstract:The load-bearing capability of composite vessels with metallic liner depends on the elastic distortion range of the metallic liner and its stability. Based on the three-dimension elastic theory and the criterion of strain energy density corresponding to distortion,the stress distribution and the load-bearing improvement of fiber-wound vessels with metallic liner were studied on condition that the metallic liner remains stable under the external pressure condition. The results show that the ultimate load-bearing capability of the vessel can be improved by exerting pressure on the metallic liner in advance,and the fiber layers can give full play to its load-bearing capabilitg.
