摘    要:锡焊式同轴射频电缆延迟线可直接锡焊在设备中,无同轴射频接插件,生产时难以高效准确地测量电气性能参数,尤其相位参数。根据延迟线电气性能指标,分析并设计基于矢量网络分析仪的测试系统,并对两种关键测试连接装置进行结构设计、电气性能设计、电延迟补偿、相位补偿和样品制作。经过生产验证,该测试方法可靠、高效。

Abstract:Soldering-type coaxial radio-frequency cable delay lines, without coaxial radio-frequency connectors, are directly soldered to the equipments. In the production of these delay lines, it is very difficult to measure all electronic parameters exactly, especially phase. According to the delay line′s electronic features, the measuring system was analyzed on the basis of vector network analyzer, the measuring solution brought forth, and the design of two critical connecting devices is carried out, which includes structural design, electronic features design, delay compensation, phase compensation, and sample making. With the verification of production practice, this measuring solution is reliable, efficient and economical.
