| Abstract: | In this paper, the progress of application of fractal theory to material science is summarized and analyzed, including some methods to measure fractal structure's fractal dimension and several stages of application of fractal theory to material science as well as the progress in some fields such as material fracture ,solidification and phase transformation. |
