Abstract:Evaluating civil aeroengine maintenance effect can provide decision-making support for selection of aeroengine maintenance,repair and overhaul(MRO)company,and also help to find existing potential problems in aeroengine MRO company.To evaluate civil aeroengine maintenance effect,four principles on selecting evaluation indicators are proposed.Based on them,the aeroengine maintenance effect evaluation system is given,and then aeroengine maintenance effect evaluation model based on C2WH of Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) is established.The modeling process of the model is also described.To solve the existing problem in selecting inputs and outputs of the decision-making unit,a solution based on indicator value transformation is proposed.Finally,a case study shows that the proposed method is effective.
