偶氮呋咱和氧化偶氮呋咱的合成及表征

摘    要:介绍了高能材料二氨基偶氮呋咱(DAAF)、二氨基氧化偶氮呋咱(DAOAF)及二硝基氧化偶氮呋咱(DNOAF)的合成。其中,采用新型氧化剂制备DAAF,得率提高至65.60%。通过DSC-TG、元素分析、IR、1H NMR和MS等方法,对其结构进行了鉴定,并进行了常规的感度测试。感度数据表明,无氢炸药DNOAF的摩擦感度较大,与C-12相当,而DAAF和DAOAF为低感度炸药。

Abstract:The synthesis of high energy materials(HEMs)such as 3,3'-diamino-4,4'-azofurazan(DAAF),3,3'-diamino-4,4'-azoxyfurazan(DAOAF)and 3,3'-dinitro-4,4'-azoxyfurazan(DNOAF)was introduced,and the productivity of the prepared DAAF by using a new oxidant can reach 65.60%.The product structure was evaluated by DSC-TG elemental analysis,IR,1H NMR and MS methods,moreover the sensitivity were normally measured.The results show that the sensitivity of DNOAF explosive is high,which is equivalent to that of C-12,but DAAF and DAOAF explosive have low sensitivity.
