钛合金板材激光弯曲成形的研究

摘    要: 对常温下钛合金板材进行了激光弯曲成形研究。分析了激光功率、扫描速度、光斑大小对板材弯曲变形的影响,获得理想工艺参数范围为:功率1 .0~1 .2 k W、扫描速度2~3 m/min、光斑直径6~7mm。同时分析了板材厚度、宽度及扫描次数对材料弯曲变形的影响,为钛合金板材弯曲成形提供了一种新途径。

Abstract:In this paper, laser bending process of titanium alloy sheets which are difficult to be deformed at normal temperature has been carried out. The effects of process parameters and geometry of sheets on the bending angle of sheets have been studied. The results show that:(i)the following process parameters ranges for laser bending of titanium ally sheets are optimum:1.0~1.2kW for laser power, 2~3m/min for scanning velocity and 6~7mm for laster spot diameter; (ii)the bending angle after one time scanning decreases with an increasing thickness of sheet and increases with an increasing width of sheet;(iii)the bending angle after the first scan is in proportion to the number of laser scans. Laser bending is a flexible manufacturing process without an external force and die being induced, and it is very useful for the forming of hard deformed and brittle material due to its character of accumulative little deformation.
