| 摘 要： | 基于RSS的新闻采集是信息采集领域内一个新兴的、实用的、有价值的领域。RSS技术作为互联网上的最新技术之一,它通过XML标准定义了内容的包装和发布格式,使稳定、高效、实时、安全、低成本的新闻发布、接收和使用成为可能。对RSS技术进行了深入研究,并在此基础上提出了新闻采集系统的设计方案。

| Abstract: | RSS-based news collection is an emerging,practical,and valuable technology in the information collection sector.As one of the latest technologies on the Internet defining content package and release formats through XML standard,it makes stable,efficient,real-time,safe,and low-cost news release,receiving,and using possible.The article makes in-depth research on RSS technology,and brings forth the design scheme for news collection system. |
