靶场光电外测数据修正及弹道精确复现方法

摘    要:在导弹实验靶场采用多套光电外测设备测量弹道时,一方面不同设备在交接工作时会引起位置偏差;另一方面,利用位置参数中心微分平滑方法解算速度和加速度时,存在跳变和噪声过大的现象。二者都会导致测量的弹道与实际飞行轨迹不符,不利于与内测参数进行精度比对。本文针对光电外测设备交接引起的外测偏差,分析了误差主要是由常值误差、时间不对齐误差和随机误差组成,提出了多站交接点位置偏差分段修正方法,并且利用多项式拟合的算法对速度噪声平滑。最后,采用导弹试验的光电外测数据进行方法验证,修正了交接设备带来的位置偏差,较好地复现了飞行器的飞行弹道,既保证了弹道曲线的连续性,又满足了弹道的平滑性。

Method of Photoelectric External Measurement Data Correction and Accurate Trajectory Reproduction in Shooting Range

Abstract:When multiple sets of photoelectric external measuring equipment are used to measure the ballistic trajectory in the missile experimental range, on the one hand, different equipment will cause position deviation during handover; on the other hand, when using the method of differential smoothing from the center of the position parameter to obtain the ballistic velocity and acceleration, there is the phenomena of jump and excessive noise. Both will cause the measured ballistic trajectory to be inconsistent with the actual flight trajectory, which is not conducive to the accuracy comparison with the internal measurement parameters. Aiming at the external measurement deviation caused by the handover of photoelectric external measurement equipment, this paper analyzes that the error is mainly composed of constant error, time misalignment error and random error, proposes a segmentation correction method for the position error of multi-station junction point, and uses the algorithm of polynomial fitting to smooth the velocity noise for further correction. Finally, the photoelectric external measurement data of the missile test is used to verify the method, the positional of polynomial fitting to the noise caused by the handover equipment is corrected, and the flight trajectory of the aircraft is well reproduced, which not only ensures the continuity of the trajectory curve, but also satisfies the smoothness of the trajectory.
