基于改进ANFIS方法的航空发动机气路故障诊断研究

摘    要:针对标准自适应模糊推理系统存在训练速度较慢且容易陷入局部极小值等缺点,提出了一种改进的ANFIS方法。该方法利用共轭梯度法对自适应模糊神经推理系统的训练算法进行改进,在训练过程中采用Fletcher—Reeves方法计算上次搜索方向对新搜索方向的影响因数。应用该方法对航空发动机气路故障进行分析诊断,取得了较好的效果,从而验证了此方法的可行性。

Abstract:Training arithmetic of adaptive network - based fuzzy Inference system (ANFIS) is improved with conjugate gradient algorithm on the analyse of the disadvantages of adaptive network - based fuzzy Inference system that training speed is slow and easy to fall into local minimum. During training Fletcher - Reeves method is used to compute influence factor of last search direction to new search direction. It's proved that it get a better result with the application of this method on aero - engine gas path faults analysis and diagnosis, which verifies the feasibility of this method.
