γ-TiAl基自生复相材料的显微组织特征

摘    要:研究了添加硼、硅、碳的 γ-TiAl基自生复相材料的显微组织特征.在压力4?GPa、温度1?273?K、反应合成时间60?min的条件下,通过粉末间的原位置换放热反应制备了样品.研究发现:Ti-Al-B三元合金含有TiAl相、Ti3Al相和TiB2相;Ti-Al-Si三元合金含有TiAl相、Ti3Al相和Ti5(Al,Si)3相;Ti-Al-C三元合金含有TiAl相和Ti3AlC相;Ti-Al-B-Si四元合金含有TiAl相、Ti3Al相、TiB2相和Ti5(Al,Si)3相;Ti-Al-B-C四元合金含有TiAl相、Ti3AlC相和TiB2相;Ti-Al-B-Si-C五元合金含有TiAl相、Ti3AlC相、TiB2相和Ti5(Al,Si)3相,其组织非常相似于预先设计的组织.在此基础上就不同相对性能的影响进行了分析.

Abstract:The phases and microstructures in situ formed by solid state reaction were studied after the elements of B, C and Si were single and mixed doped to the TiAl based alloys. The results showed that, in the Ti Al B alloys, the phases of TiAl, Ti 3Al, and TiB 2 were formed; in the Ti Al Si alloys, the phases of TiAl, Ti 3Al and Ti 5(Al, Si) 3 were formed; in the Ti Al C alloys, the phases of TiAl and Ti 3AlC were formed; in the Ti Al B Si alloys, the phases of TiAl, Ti 3Al, TiB 2 and Ti 5(Al, Si) 3 were formed; in the Ti Al B C alloys, the phases of TiAl, TiB 2 and Ti 3AlC were formed; Finally, in the Ti Al B C Si alloys, besides the TiAl phases, the phases of particle TiB 2, acicular TiB 2, lath Ti 3AlC and massive Ti 5(Al,Si) 3 all appeared, and this microstructure was approximately the same as pre designed, therefore an optimized property is expected.
