磁流变缓冲器在起落架上的应用

摘    要:在起落架上采用了间隙密封式环形截流口结构的磁流变缓冲器,并对其进行了力学分析,根据实际情况,对缓冲器的受力进行了简化;基于Bingham模型建立了缓冲器的力学模型,并对其进行了仿真分析。仿真结果显示,该力学模型能准确地反映起落架缓冲器的工作特点,适用于起落架缓冲器。

Abstract:Based on rheological dynamics,a damper with sealed clearance type of annular gap structure was applied to landing gear,and analyzed.Loads on the damper were simplified according to practice.A model was developed based on Bingham model.Simulation results show that the model presented in this paper can accurately reflect the characteristics of landing gear damper and can be used on it.
